3rd Annual Black Worker Summit with SDBWC
SAVE THE DATE!
The 3rd Annual “Black in Front” Black Worker Summit is more than just a gathering—it’s an opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate with Black workers in real time. Together, we are not only identifying new ways to build power but also developing actionable solutions to drive systemic change.
The theme of this year’s SDBWC Black in Front Summit is “Beyond Survival: Building Black Ecosystems & Creating Our Own Tables”. This one-day summit is rooted in collective power to explore moving beyond survival and building Black ecosystems.
The “Black In Front” Summit allows us to prioritize Black voices and Black workers within the Labor movement, while engaging in dialogue about moving beyond trying to fix broken systems and focusing on how Black workers can build our own ecosystems that prioritize our needs. The summit allows us to continue creating spaces for Black workers to feel safe, appreciated and above all, heard.
