who we are
Southern California Black Worker Hub for Regional Organizing expands the field of Black worker organizing by consolidating and coordinating functions, sharing best practices, and collectivizing sustainability approach needed to develop Black Worker Centers across the region and unify Black worker voice and power in Southern California and beyond.
The Hub supports the three SoCal Black Worker Centers in San Diego, Inland Empire, Los Angeles and are supported by nearly half a dozen So Cal Black-led and Black empowering organizations dedicated to worker rights and building sufficient Black worker power to reverse the Black jobs crisis in Southern California where more than 1.5 million Black Californians live and work.
